Introduction

The Copper in Architecture Program has been instituted in order to provide educational and technical support services to those architects, contractors and owners designing, installing and maintaining architectural copper products.

This Program is a long term commitment by CDA, CCBDA and their members to establish and maintain a comprehensive support service and resource for all those involved in the design and installation of architectural copper products in North America.

The Program is intended to stimulate a wide variety of new and exciting copper applications in the decades ahead. The Associations will provide the educational and support services to communicate these new uses to all those participating in planning, design and construction activities.

The Program's immediate benefits include providing the architectural community with educational, technical and design assistance on any planned or existing projects utilizing copper or copper alloy products. These services are being communicated through publications, reports, seminars and training programs.
