Find Suppliers of Copper and Copper-based Products

Copper Development Association Inc. currently maintains four databases on sources for copper and copper alloy based products:

  1. Fabricator Source Listing is based on CDA's Standards Handbook Part 5—Sources. It covers manufacturers of products such as rod & bar, strip, sheet & plate, wire, and tube. This database should be searched if you wish to buy a large quantity of one of these products.
  2. Servicenter Listing covers the same products as the fabricator database but at a retail rather than a wholesale level. This database is maintained by the Copper and Brass Servicenter Association and is used with its permission. For further information regarding this listing, e-mail Susan Avery at CBSA.
  3. Building Products Database covers products used in the building construction industry such as products used for sitework, thermal and moisture protection, doors and windows, finishes, etc. This database is updated regularly and the list of both products and suppliers is changing constantly.
  4. Architectural Product Manufacturers Listing is a listing of manufacturers who produce sheet, shingles, gutters, decorative and engineered systems.
Architectural Installation Contractors Database has been prepared for use by architects, engineers, contractors, and consumers as an informative source reference of contractors experienced with architectural copper systems.

Please email us with any database changes or omissions you may be aware of, or if you are a supplier of copper or copper alloy building products and would like to be included in our database.

Useful Resources

CDA offers a wide array of useful resources for the professional users of copper. This includes Technical Specifications databases that enable you to search for alloys that match specific needs or applications, Standards databases that help you to identify the properties of specified alloys, an extensive library of technical briefs collected and made available free of charge through the Technical Reference Library database.

If you are in the market for some copper, brass, bronze, or some other alloy for a project, we offer the Suppliers databases, listing several hundred suppliers of all types of alloys, shapes, forms and quantities.

CDA also offers a large collection of printed and web Publications that are available at nominal or no cost. These include technical papers on electrical, plumbing, architectural and industrial applications, as well as more general and technical publications such as product datasheets.
