Copper Development Association Launches New Web Site on Automotive Uses of Copper

March 29, 1999

NEW YORK, NY— The Copper Development Association has released a new Web site devoted to the automotive uses of copper.

Robert Weed, CDA's vice president for rod and bar, calls the site an important reference and information resource for designers, engineers and others involved with, or interested in automotive design.

The site includes extensive information on the new CuproBraze Radiator-including its energy efficiency and recyclability, electric vehicles, the use of copper-nickel alloys in brake tubing, and reviews on the current state of the automotive industry.

The Copper Development Association is the information, education, market and technical development arm of the copper, brass and bronze industries in the USA.
