MotorSlide Calculator™
This slide rule device will enable you to calculate approximate annual savings in choosing a NEMA Premium electric motor (or any level of efficiency) over an EPAct-level or other, lower efficiency motor. User inputs are efficiency, full-load equivalent hours of operation, and cost per kWh.
It also calculates approximate annual operating cost for any motor, requiring input of efficiency, full-load hours of operation and cost of energy.
