Copper.org Web Site Redesign

The redesigned Copper.org, the web site of the Copper Development Association, has a new look, new features and new content.

  1. New Look and Feel:
    Less cluttered and more contemporary appearance for better user experience
  2. New Navigation:
    Simpler, more intuitive way of finding information
  3. New Features:
    Improved Site Search, Print the page, Share on digg and del.icio.us, Subscribe to RSS, Adjust the font size. Shortcuts to these features are avaiable on the top right of every page.
  4. New Content:
    A new section devoted to our brand new Antimicrobial section can be found on the main menu. Several sections have been consolidated under Consumers section geared to our non-technical end users. All of our periodical newsletters and permanent publications have been consolidated under Publications section. We will soon be adding an on-line store for ordering hard copies of many of our permanent publications.

According to the CDA by-laws: Any person, firm or corporation engaged in the business of mining and/or beneficiation of copper ores smelting or the refining of copper production of refined copper by solvent extraction/electrowinning or other hydrometallurgical processes who delivers or sells copper products derived from the above processes in the North American domestic market, and any person, firm or corporation engaged in the fabrication or production of products made in North America, in whole or in part, from copper or copper alloys shall be eligible to become a member of the Association upon the terms and conditions prescribed herein for such members.
